麻豆传媒官网鈥檚 Cole Scheffler is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Men鈥檚 Lacrosse Defensive Athlete of the Week.
The junior faceoff get-off specialist from Rockford, Michigan contributed to Flying Dutchmen wins at Albion College (23-18) and Kalamazoo College (20-4) last week.
Scheffler won 77.6 percent of faceoffs during the two games (38/49). The Spanish major also collected 11 ground balls, including nine against Albion in a matchup of unbeatens.
This is Scheffler鈥檚 first MIAA Athlete of the Week award.
