Amenities
The Dow Center offers a variety of amenities so you can work out how you choose.
The 175,000 square-foot Dow Center was completed in 1978. It includes three racquetball/wallyball courts and three wood-surfaced basketball/volleyball courts for you to use and enjoy.
In addition, we offer:
- 1/10 mile indoor track
- An Olympic-size swimming pool with a diving well
- Two locker rooms
- Two dry saunas
The weight room offers a wide variety of machines and weights. 
The Dow Center pool is outfitted for lap swimming and diving. 
The 1/10 mile indoor track overlooks the basketball/volleyball courts. 
The Dow has three wood-surfaced basketball/volleyball courts.
The Dow features separate weight and cardio rooms. A wide variety of machines and free weights are available in the weight room, whereas the following machines are available in the cardio room:
- Upright cycling bikes
- Elliptical machines
- Treadmills
- Stair climbers
- Elliptical stair climbers
Dow Center Hours
• Sunday: 1–10 p.m.
• Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–10 p.m.
• Saturday: 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
