鶹ý’s Center for Leadership is hosting its third “Lead With Hope: Authentic Leadership Retreat” October 4-6 at its campus in Holland. Registration is due by Sept. 10.

Hope Leadership RetreatThe leadership retreat agenda is designed for mid- to senior-level leaders, managers and emerging executives across business, healthcare, education, nonprofit or ministry settings. The retreat is designed to help attendees grow in self-awareness, clarity and impact — and step into who they’re called to be as leaders.. The retreat environment will include a cohort of 8-15 fellow leaders, to allow for real connection, conversation and personalized coaching.

Attendees can expect to recharge and reconnect with their purpose, using the renowned Hogan assessments to explore their strengths, potential derailers and the values that drive them. This personal, reflective process lays the foundation for greater self-awareness — and stronger team satisfaction and performance

  • Retreat Only: $1,950 (includes all assessments, course materials and meals). With 2-nights lodging at the Haworth Hotel in downtown Holland: $2,400
  • Nonprofit leaders: Program cost is $1,463/$1,800 with lodging included

The in-person retreat will be hosted on the 鶹ý campus, Sunday, Oct. 4 starting at 2 p.m. and  concludes Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 4 p.m. Every participant leaves the retreat with an individualized leadership development plan followed by a 90-minute coaching session with the facilitator.
