Project Registration

Each project must be registered. If multiple students are presenting a project, only ONE student needs to register the project.

Mentors and students will be able to view a after the project has been registered.

Deadline is Monday, February 9, 2026

Abstract Approval

On the registration form, the student researcher will be given the option of entering an abstract. A link to the project-specific G0ogle Doc will be sent to the student researcher and mentor and will be editable until the Abstract Approval deadline. Mentors can check for registered students, titles of projects, etc. on the .

Due by Wednesday, February 18, 2026

CURCA Oral Presentation Session with the Center for Teaching and Learning and CURCA staff

Poster Printing

Flat posters presented on a poster board:

  • Recommended: 24" x 36"
  • Acceptable: 36" x 48"

Posters submitted by Tuesday, April 7, 2026, will be paid for by CURCA. After April 7, departments are responsible for printing costs, and poster printing will depend on Print and Mail Services’ capacity. Timely submission is strongly encouraged.

Poster Setup

Students will need to set up posters at DeVos Fieldhouse anytime from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. Push pins will be provided. CURCA staff will be present at DeVos Fieldhouse from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. to assist with poster setup and answer any questions.
