Sarah Lundy
Mary Riepma Ross Director of Archives and Special Collections
Sarah Lundy leads the Archives and Special Collections department at Van Wylen Library. In this position, she directs collection development and digital preservation for special collections materials, primary source and rare book instruction, and archival research services. She joined the Van Wylen Library staff in 2022.
Her experience as an archivist includes work in archives, libraries and museums, and got its start at 鶹ý. As an undergraduate student and researcher (class of 2019), she was mentored by several faculty and staff with expertise in special collections. Experiential learning opportunities like internships and collaborative research continue to be an important part of her role.

OUtside the College
When not on campus, Sarah enjoys cooking, reading, antiquing and hiking with her dog. She believes that Lake Michigan is one of the best parts of living in West Michigan and makes frequent trips to local beaches and trails. Sarah is always looking for new recipes to try and recently began experimenting with sourdough.
