Nicole Flinn-Culver is Professor of Dance at Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø, specializing in dance pedagogy, curriculum development, arts integration and assessment. She is the Artistic Director of StrikeTime Dance Theatre, a pre-professional student company dedicated to promoting dance outreach for children. Nicole has developed a comprehensive K-12 dance program and curriculum for public schools and has contributed to numerous arts and dance education initiatives. She is committed to global learning and has led student travel programs abroad and served as a national representative, strengthening international exchange and creative partnerships.

Nicole currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Michigan Dance Council, daCi USA National Representative, and served on the NDEO North Central Advisory Board, along with many local and state committees. 

Areas of expertise

Nicki's area of expertise is in K–12 dance education. She developed a K–12 dance program and curriculum in Owosso, Michigan, for 12 years. Her goal is to provide dance opportunities for students of all ages.
